Shipping Information and FAQ

Domestic US Shipping:

Domestic US Shipping is completed via USPS Priority mail, and customers can expect delivery within 2-3 days of shipping.  Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours though as of Mar 2020, the fulfillment time has been increased slightly due to COVID-19 challenges.

International Shipping:

Jan - 2020, Due to COVID-19 shipping challenges, at this time our shipping capabilities are limited to US and Canada.

International Shipping is completed via USPS First Class International Postage.  This service is slower, and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery though most places in Canada, Europe and Australia see their deliveries within roughly 2 weeks.  We have chosen this as our international shipping option due to the high cost of shipping these packages.  

International packages are priced using live quotes from USPS, with absolutely no mark-up or increase on the price.  The price you pay is exactly what we are paying to ship the package.  Many times the shipping price can exceed the product price, and savings can be gained by purchasing several bottles at once.  

Customs Information:

International orders MUST have a valid telephone number with them.  We cannot ship your package without it.  If an international order is placed without a telephone number, we will attempt to obtain this required information and if unavailable after 3 days, we will have to refund your order.  This is a requirement of the USPS and various customs agencies around the world.

Taxes, Fees, Tariffs:

All import taxes, fees, tariffs, etc are the responsibility of the buyer.  Unfortunately, due to the volume of countries we ship to, we are not able to provide accurate information on any applicable dues which you may need to pay your country to receive our products.  

Tracking Information and Status:

Tracking information is provided with every purchase/shipment, and you can view the latest information on where your package is through the links you receive.  This information is the exact same info we use should you have a question about location/status.  Once a package has shipped, we have no control over what happens to it.  If there are delays or mis-routes, please contact USPS or your local carrier (international) for updates/information.  

Incorrect, Incomplete or Missing Information:

Maneline Hair Care cannot assume any responsibility for the address information which you provide while placing an order.  If you happen to enter an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address, you may experience delays or non-delivery.  In this event, we can reship your package once it arrives back to us, though you will have to pay the new shipping charge in full (domestic US, generally $7-$11).
